Tuesdays:

  • 8:00 AM - Zumba

Wednesdays:

  • 7:00 AM - Strength Training
  • 6:00 PM - Zumba

Thursdays:

  • 9:00 AM - Pilates
  • 4:00 PM - Yoga

Fridays:

  • 8:00 AM - Cardio Kickboxing
  • 1:00 PM - Strength Training

Saturdays:

  • 10:00 AM - Pilates
  • 11:00 AM - Yoga

Sundays:

  • 9:00 AM - Zumba
  • 3:00 PM - Cardio Kickboxing
