Providing Love and Care for Older Dogs

Welcome to JJ • Old Dog Haven, a compassionate initiative by HGRBS, dedicated to providing love, care, and support to older dogs in need of a safe and comfortable home.

Our Mission

At JJ • Old Dog Haven, our mission is to ensure that every senior dog gets the opportunity to live out their golden years in a loving environment. We believe that these older dogs deserve utmost care, attention, and respect.

The Importance of Caring for Older Dogs

Older dogs often face various challenges as they age, including health issues and difficulties finding a forever home. That's where JJ • Old Dog Haven steps in. We provide a sanctuary for these dogs, offering them proper medical care, nutrition, and a nurturing environment.

Our Approach to Care

At JJ • Old Dog Haven, we take a holistic approach to the care of senior dogs. Our team of dedicated professionals and experienced volunteers work together to ensure that each dog's physical, mental, and emotional needs are met.

Medical Care

We collaborate with skilled veterinarians to provide comprehensive medical care for our resident dogs. Regular check-ups, vaccinations, and necessary treatments are all part of our commitment to maintaining their well-being.

Nutrition

A balanced diet is essential for the health of older dogs. Our team works closely with veterinary nutritionists to create customized meal plans that meet the specific dietary requirements of each dog.

Exercise and Enrichment

We believe that physical activity and mental stimulation are crucial for the overall well-being of our furry friends. Our volunteers engage the dogs in walks, playtime, and puzzle games to keep them active and happy.

Comfort and Companionship

Older dogs often require extra comfort and companionship. We ensure that each dog receives plenty of love, attention, and affection from our staff and volunteers. Comfy beds and a warm, safe environment are provided to make their stay as pleasant as possible.

Adoption and Foster Care Programs

At JJ • Old Dog Haven, we also have adoption and foster care programs to give these senior dogs a chance to be part of a loving family. We carefully screen potential adopters and provide ongoing support to ensure successful placements.

Volunteer and Support

We rely on the dedication and support of volunteers and donors to continue our important work. If you have a love for dogs and want to make a difference in the lives of senior canines, we invite you to join our team or make a contribution to help us carry on with our mission.
